Women's Clinics in MidWest- Help Needed 

We are still calling on all individuals in the MidEAST (OH, IL, IN, IA) to
assist in running clinics for the women's commission.

November 14th in Chicago, IL, Renee Macdonald Vice Chair Camps and Clinics
is putting on an all day triathlon clinic geared towards women and beginners
or novice triathletes.  The Lakeview YMCA, part of the Chicago Metro YMCA,
is being gracious to offer up their facility for this event.  We are very
excited as it will cover all aspects of triathlon including swim, bike and
run drills and techniques, season preparation, off-season workouts such as
strength training, and also nutrition!  There will be experienced and
certified USAT coaches running this clinic.  To register go to active.com!
