  The 6th Annual TriKC Women's Triathlon Workshop

The 6th Annual TriKC Women's Triathlon Workshop is Sunday, March 7, 2004, from 8am to 5pm.  The workshop will cover the topics of swimming, biking, running, transitions, nutrition, weight training, bike fit and more!  The workshop is limited to 50 participants and the first 30 to sign up with get a nifty gift.  We expect to fill up, so don't delay!
