Ironwomen Never Rust: Making Memories while Managing Menopause.

I would like to spread the word that I have a book coming out next week - Ironwomen Never Rust: Making Memories while Managing Menopause. It has been 3 years in the making and I hope it'll be of interest to those women who wish to stay fit and are in or approaching the age of "the change"! It's told from the perspective of a women's health nurse practitioner, with practical advice, as a journal beginning in Perth, Australia, at world's in 2000. An intro can be seen at Westviewpublishing.com and can be ordered from me thru my e-mail - ironwomenneverrust@yahoo.com, signed, or amazon.com after next week. I'm excited about this!
