3) It is proposed that any and all monies collected be sent to Celeste who will
a) forward the money to the Treasurer and
b) thank the contributor.
The mailing address for donations : c/o Celeste Callahan, 190 High Street, Denver, CO 80218.

4)The Treasurer will report quarterly to the committee on the status of the Fund.

5)The committee positions open for the coming year are:
a) Public Relations: maintain contact with USAT; write two articles for that publication – one at the beginning of the year and one at the end.
b)Scholarship: draw up requirements for scholarship, give same to PR for USAT article, receive scholarship request forms which would be printed in USAT Newsletter, review same, and bring to attention of co-chairs for final evaluation. Applications for 2001 must be received by June 15, two weeks after the Lake Placid Qualifier for ITU Worlds in Edmonton, Canada. For this year, a scholarship will be given only in the sport of triathlon. This committee will consist of 3 persons: the head and the JFMF co-chairs.
c)The Spirit of Judy Flannery Award: draw up letter to give to Public Relations listing qualifications for said award. Receive recommendations from multi sport community and review. Bring to attention of co-chairs for final evaluation. This committee will consist of its head and the Fund co-chairs.

6) The solicitation of monies for the Fund is a primary goal for the entire committee.  Present base plan is to encourage race directors to amend race entry forms to include check off box for donations.
